Slocumb Family Cemetery
Description: Kitchens Rd.
Location: From the Jones - Bibb County line on Ga. Hwy. 49, travel east toward Milledgeville for approx. 6.7 miles to the intersection of Kitchens Rd. and turn right. Travel 0.2-0.3 mile to the end of the county maintained part of the road to a gate. The cemetery is located approx. 250 yards southwest, or to the right and forward, of the gate. The cemetery is located on property of Martin Marietta Rock Quarry and permission and a guide will be necessary to visit the cemetery. Some unmarked graves on site.
